By using kindplay.org you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Kindplay Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity, EIN 41-3136911.

You may browse, read, and share our content for personal, educational, and noncommercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload our forms or servers.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Kindplay Foundation.

Donations are processed by our third-party payment processor. Kindplay Foundation is recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization, and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law; no goods or services are provided in exchange for a gift unless stated at the time of the donation. Receipts are emailed to the address you provide. Recurring gifts can be canceled at any time through the link in your receipt or by emailing us. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will work with you on a refund.

Materials submitted through our submissions portal are governed by the agreement you electronically sign at the time of submission. You represent that you own or have the rights to the work you submit. We are not obligated to review, use, publish, or return any submission.

The Kindplay name, logo, artwork, and site content are owned by Kindplay Foundation or its licensors and may not be used commercially without written permission. Content contributed by creators remains subject to the terms of their agreements with us.

Creator, staff, and administrator accounts are invitation-only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general informational purposes. Kindplay Foundation content is not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindplay Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
