Kindplay Foundation (“Kindplay,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity, EIN 41-3136911, located at 5444 Westheimer Rd, Ste 1400, Houston, TX 77056. This policy explains what information we collect through kindplay.org and how we use it.

• Information you give us: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and message content when you contact us, apply to volunteer or work with us, submit creative work, or make a donation.
• Donation information: donation amount, frequency, and receipt details. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Creator submissions: files, artwork, and related materials you upload, plus any agreement you electronically sign.
• Account information: if you receive an invitation to a creator or staff account, we store your login email and security settings.
• Technical information: basic log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page, used for security and site analytics.

• Process donations and send tax receipts and acknowledgments.
• Review creative submissions and applications, and communicate with you about them.
• Respond to questions sent through our contact form or email.
• Send updates or newsletters when you have asked to receive them.
• Protect the site against fraud, spam, and abuse.
• Meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

We use third-party services to operate the site, including a payment processor for donations, a hosting and database provider, an email delivery provider, and a bot protection service. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share donor lists with other organizations for their own marketing. We disclose information only to our service providers, when you ask us to, or when required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work (for example, keeping you signed in and protecting forms from abuse), plus limited analytics to understand which pages are useful. We keep donation and receipt records for as long as required by tax and accounting rules, and other information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

• Unsubscribe from any non-essential email using the link in the message.
• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Ask that your gift be recognized anonymously.

Our site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
